Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned leader to drive frontier cyber initiatives, combining deep cybersecurity with agentic AI expertise. You will shape programs, roadmaps, and GTM strategies while advising executives on architecture, risk, and security for frontier AI deployments.

You’ll manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with global markets to deliver enterprise-scale cyber defense capabilities. The role requires extensive experience, strategic vision, and the ability to influence senior leaders

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Cybersecurity, CS, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of cyber safety experience.
• Experience securing enterprise crypto systems.
• Experience designing and reviewing enterprise architectures.
• Leadership of multi-year cyber programs.
• Experience in global consulting or cross-functional environments.
• Experience deploying quantum-resistant networks or advanced secure comms frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for Cyber Agentic frontier defense capabilities, tools, and assessments across the enterprise.
• Develop and drive Cyber Agentic frontier programs, assessments, and roadmaps.
• Shape and support go-to-market strategy for Cyber by working with Cyber teams and alliance partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients, articulating risks and opportunities in cyber frontier safety.
• Advise senior leaders on AI model sandboxes, model misbehavior, and defensive agentic capabilities.
• Produce executive-ready documentation, architecture standards, and thought leadership.
• Partner with sector leaders to shape solution approaches and drive adoption of cyber-safe architectures.
• Manage delivery of complex cyber safety transformations and lead technical teams.
• Oversee cyber frontier-risk assessment lifecycle, including threat modeling.
• Lead design and implementation of cyber frontier strategy and architecture.
• Architect cyber agentic-resistant networks and red-teaming of networks.
• Provide technical leadership for cyber defense initiatives and resilience testing.
• Review and lead PoC developments using frontier cyber platforms.
