Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Frontier AI Product Owner & Program Leader to scale AI-enabled security across the enterprise in a hybrid US-based role. You will own the integrated product roadmap, drive iterative delivery across technical teams, and translate strategic objectives into executable work.

You will work with senior leaders to align priorities, manage risk, and measure outcomes, while expanding AI use cases in cybersecurity and secure software development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity domains.
• Significant experience as Agile product owner, program leader, or delivery leader for complex initiatives.
• Experience applying agile practices across cybersecurity domains.
• Working knowledge of AI capabilities and hands-on interest or experience with AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the Frontier AI product roadmap and priorities based on risk, business value, and feasibility.
• Establish Agile practices across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across Frontier AI portfolio with multiple steps.
• Drive BU engagement to prioritize products and use cases with senior leaders.
• Provide executive reporting on measures, progress, and investment.
• Anticipate program-level risks, dependencies, and data-handling considerations.
