Job summary

Modern Family Law in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Frontend React Engineer to own the frontend architecture and implement production-grade React/TypeScript applications for a greenfield family-law product.

You will translate designs into robust user experiences, collaborate with backend teams on API contracts, and establish patterns for secure, accessible, and scalable workflows with AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Production experience building React and TypeScript apps with complex user workflows.
• Experience establishing frontend architecture for products with significant backend integration.
• Strong knowledge of component architecture, state management, forms, routing, and maintainable frontend patterns.
• Experience building multi-step/workflow-based applications with validation, persistence, and clear error states.
• Understanding frontend authentication flows and role-aware interfaces enforced by backend services.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend architecture and implementation in React and TypeScript for the product.
• Translate designs into production-ready user experiences in collaboration with product and backend engineers.
• Define frontend patterns for complex workflows including forms, autosave, validation, and error handling.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and data structures.
• Establish component architecture, state management, and routing for a scalable app.
• Build secure, role-aware experiences with proper validation and user feedback.
• Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and automated testing across browsers.
