Job summary

OnTheClock is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on frontend development with Vue.js 3/Nuxt 3 and TypeScript to join our expanding engineering team. You will work on our web frontend and collaborate across the full stack (.NET backend, SQL Server, AWS) to deliver scalable solutions for 160,000+ monthly users.

You will influence architecture from day one, establish engineering best practices, and help modernize and optimize systems while growing with a passionate team that values

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience
• Expertise in modern frontend development with Vue.js 3 and Nuxt 3
• Experience building production web applications and integrating with backend APIs

Responsibilities

• Design, build, ship, and maintain features across the web app (Vue.js 3/Nuxt 3/TypeScript) and backend APIs (.NET/C#/Web API)
• Build responsive, accessible UIs with Vue.js 3, Nuxt 3, and TypeScript
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices across projects
• Own end-to-end technical areas from database to frontend, drive improvements
• Conduct code/architecture reviews and raise code quality standards
• Collaborate with Product and Development Manager to shape the roadmap
• Debug production issues and participate in on-call rotations
• Work on AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning
