Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer for the Vault team to design and build high-performance web and Electron-based desktop applications that secure data for millions of users worldwide.

This is a 100% remote role with a potential hybrid option for those near El Dorado Hills, CA. You will work with Product, UX, Backend, QA and Security to ensure Vault remains secure, performant, and intuitive, focusing on React, TypeScript and modern frontend architecture while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, state management and component design.
• Experience building and maintaining complex web applications.
• Experience integrating frontend apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across modern web environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• U.S. Person as defined for GovCloud environments

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement modern, scalable web interfaces using React, Redux and TypeScript.
• Design and deliver features across Keeper’s Web Vault.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs while adhering to zero-knowledge/security principles.
• Optimize performance, including rendering, bundle size and memory usage.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Backend, QA and Security teams to deliver secure UX.
• Lead code reviews, promote engineering best practices and mentor engineers.
• Participate in CI/CD, automated testing and release processes.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance development, debugging, testing and documentation
