You will shape frontend performance, contribute to the design system, collaborate with designers and product leads, and bring product intuition to technical decisions, balancing user needs with constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS and system design.
• Deep experience with frontend performance engineering.
• Experience with Next.js data loading, fetching and server rendering.
• Experience with component-driven design systems at scale.
• Product sense to work with minimal briefs.
• Ability to simplify complex UX and multi-step flows.
