Qualifications

• Proficient in React, TypeScript, CSS and system design.
• Strong experience with frontend performance engineering and measurement.
• Expertise with Next.js data loading, fetching, caching and server rendering.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously across web products delivering high-quality UI with a clear feel and performance.
• Own and evolve complex, reusable components within the design system to ensure consistency.
• Set high frontend performance standards from data loading and caching through to server rendering/streaming.
• Bring product sense to the work by understanding user needs, business context and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and product leads to clarify ambiguous problems.
• Raise the bar through the quality of your work and approach to problems.
