Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with front-end focus on user-facing products.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing products end-to-end in high-scale environments with emphasis on performance and UX.
• Experience owning SLOs and driving improvements in latency and availability.
• Mentoring junior engineers and serving as a senior technical voice on a team.
• Generative AI usage with human oversight to improve workflows and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end frontend development for core money movement experiences across web and mobile.
• Drive improvements in CUJ latency, availability, and SLOs for payment flows.
• Build new user-facing features like contact management and real-time status trackers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend to scope, prioritize, and ship projects reducing CX friction.
• Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks to lower end-to-end latency.
