Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer for the Avatar Marketplace to design, build, and scale cross-platform UI/UX across iOS, Android, Xbox, and VR devices. You will own mission-critical surfaces, shape the storefront, and optimize the user journey to maximize engagement and revenue.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science to run experiments, analyze interactions, and implement UX improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building responsive, complex user interfaces at scale.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, React Native, or similar).
• Strong intuition for user experience and ability to drive UX improvements.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and using data to inform product decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.

• Architect and build marketplace experiences that drive discovery and monetization.
