Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Front-End Software Development Engineer I to develop and maintain web and mobile-responsive interfaces. You will work with product owners, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver user-friendly experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Angular.

The role emphasizes performance, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO, with a hybrid work model and four days onsite per week.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
0–4 years of software development experience.
Experience or knowledge in Python.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems.
Knowledge of databases.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts and technologies.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and/or Angular.
Ability to perform functional automated testing and UI testing.
Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand use cases and requirements.
Design, develop, and deliver front-end solutions using HTML/CSS/JS and frameworks.
Follow architecture guidelines for consistent development.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects.
Create mock-ups and prototypes for new features.
Participate in UI design reviews and product demonstrations.
Perform functional automated testing and UI testing.
Improve application performance by fixing bugs and optimizing code.
Apply cross-browser testing, SEO, and accessibility practices.
