Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a senior frontend engineer to own the design process from wireframes in Figma to production-ready React/TypeScript interfaces. You will build and maintain a scalable design system using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui, ensuring accessible, high-quality components across complex mortgage workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years in design engineering, frontend, or full-stack roles with senior-level production delivery.
Strong production experience with React and TypeScript, backed by solid software fundamentals.
Deep Figma proficiency with libraries, variants, auto-layout; experience building design systems.

Responsibilities

Own the design process from wireframes in Figma through React/TypeScript implementation.
Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
Develop accessible, production-quality React components with ARIA, keyboard, and focus management.
Collaborate with product and engineering to translate mortgage workflows into clear experiences.
Set and uphold visual and interaction standards across the product.
