Ford Motor Company is seeking Software Engineers for Ford Pro to develop scalable software for commercial customers. You will work on UI-rich front ends, cloud integrations, and robust testing practices in an Agile XP environment.

The role emphasizes TDD, performance, and cross-team collaboration with Product Managers, UI/UX, and stakeholders. Remote-friendly with on-site options where allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years with object-oriented languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, Python, C#)
• 3+ years of front-end development experience
• 1+ years developing and deploying on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Hands-on experience with modern relational and non-relational databases
• Proven expertise building web UIs with React.js, Angular, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Proficiency debugging with modern tooling
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Terraform)
• Familiarity with end-to-end test automation frameworks
