Job summary

Ad Hoc is seeking a Software Engineer III - Front End for a remote role in the United States. You will own complex UI work, mentor others, and contribute to frontend architecture.

You will develop with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, translate designs from Figma, build reusable components, and ensure accessibility with WCAG 2.1 AA. Collaboration with backend, QA, and product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with modern web apps.
• Experience developing Angular front ends and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Design Systems and accessible UI (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex user-facing apps using Angular, HTML/CSS, TypeScript.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive interfaces using Design System components.
• Lead development of reusable UI components and contribute to the Design System.
• Develop and improve automated UI testing with Selenium or Cypress.
• Ensure accessibility per WCAG 2.1 AA and collaborate with UX/Accessibility teams.
• Mentor Engineers I and II through code reviews and pairing.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies and support recruiting via interviews.
• Present technical solutions to internal engineering teams.
