Job summary

Sardine is seeking a frontend-focused Senior Software Engineer to own the design and delivery of user-facing experiences in React and TypeScript. You’ll also work in Go on the backend services powering those interfaces, with high autonomy, leadership, and mentorship across the team, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to move faster.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to architect new experiences, contribute to roadmaps, and craft user-facing documentation while shaping a strong engineering

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven software engineering experience with frontend focus.
• Expert-level React and TypeScript with focus on UX and accessibility.
• Fluency with AI/agentic coding tools and shipping throughput.
• Leadership: mentoring engineers and setting standards.
• Experience shipping production-grade frontend at scale.
• Go backend familiarity is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset and autonomy.

Responsibilities
