Job summary

A leading Hedge Fund FinTech firm is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to lead a Greenfield UI/UX initiative. Candidates should have strong Frontend skills in Blazor, Angular, or React, along with Backend experience in Java, C#, or Scala. This role requires a solid background in Hedge Funds and the ability to work with stakeholders in Treasury and Middle Office. Excellent communication skills are essential, with onsite work in NYC or Stamford expected.

Qualifications

• Solid sector experience at a Hedge Fund or similar.
• Experience dealing with business stakeholders in Treasury, Middle or Back Office.
• Some proficiency in OO Backend languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX initiative for Hedge Fund.
• Take ownership of UI/UX Frontends.
• Work onsite in NYC or Stamford four days per week.

Senior Frontend Developer with Hedge Fund Post-Trade or Treasury experience sought for a Greenfield UI/UX initiative at a leading Hedge Fund FinTech. The client’s tech stack includes Blazor, Angular, and C#, but they are open to candidates with strong Frontend expertise in Blazor, Angular, or React, and Backend experience in Java, C#, or Scala.

An established leader with 20+ years of experience and a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees. Traditionally headquartered in the UK and Europe, the firm is now in the second year of a five-year transformation and investment strategy focused on expansion in the United States. This initiative includes multiple Greenfield projects across Middle and Back Office functions. Requirements

• Solid sector experience at a Hedge Fund or similar, especially in relation Quantitative Trading Technology.
• Relevant business experience dealing with business stakeholders in Treasury, Middle or Back Office.
• Some proficiency in OO Backend – Java, C# or Scala.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work onsite in NYC or Stamford four-days-per week.
