Qualifications

3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.

Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading engineers; ability to communicate with users, other tech teams, and product management.

Responsibilities

Drive Slack's accessibility strategy with Product and Design partners.
Own and evolve Slack Kit, the design system and component library.
Set technical direction for major Frontend Engineering initiatives, including CSS modernization.
Develop roadmaps and milestones with IC leads for multi-quarter projects.
Provide feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities for the team.
