Qualifications

• 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Senior+ Frontend Software Engineer experience.

• Understanding of how AI tooling can be deployed for impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive Slack's accessibility strategy with cross-team collaboration.
• Own Slack Kit, Slack's design system and component library.
• Set technical direction for frontend engineering initiatives (CSS architecture).
• Develop roadmaps and milestones with IC leads for multi-quarter projects.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities for the team.
• Build a sustainable high-performing team and environment.
