Responsibilities

• Drive Slack’s accessibility strategy with Product and Design partners.
• Own and evolve Slack Kit, the design system and component library.
• Set technical direction for major frontend engineering initiatives, e.g., CSS modernization.
• Develop roadmaps and milestones with IC leads for multi-quarter projects.
• Provide coaching and growth opportunities to team members.
• Build a high-performing, supportive and challenging team environment.
