Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in CS or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years building production web applications; 1+ year as principal engineer.
• Expert TypeScript, React, Next.js; strong functional programming and testing practices.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs and drive technical direction with stakeholders.
• Proven leadership through mentoring, delegation, and code reviews.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and modern coding models.

Responsibilities

• Take Ownership: uphold quality through design reviews, code reviews, test strategy, and production readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to shape solutions and tradeoffs.
• Architect for change with full-stack, frontend-leaning, small and composable systems.
• Improve performance & quality via automated testing and architectural discipline.
• Lead AI-assisted development, validate rigorously with tests and edge-case reviews.
• Provide technical leadership through mentorship and high-quality code reviews.
