Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Proven success building scalable, component-driven user interfaces
• Strong grasp of performance, accessibility, and responsive design
• Familiarity with testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and modern development workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Take ownership: Maintain a high bar for quality through code reviews, testing, and production readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver reliably.
• Architect for change: Design and build scalable front-end systems.
• Improve performance & quality: Strengthen performance, accessibility, maintainability, and consistency across the codebase.
• Support experimentation: Build A/B tests and measurement capabilities.
• Lead AI-assisted development: Use AI tools for prototyping and exploratory development.
• Raise quality through testing: Build and maintain automated test coverage across layers.
