You will guide technical direction, mentor managers, drive delivery excellence, recruit talent, and shape architectures while partnering with product and design to align with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 12+ years in software development with Java, Python, C++, Go.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing people and delivering software products.
• 5+ years leading browser-based applications with modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• 5+ years in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3+ years leading teams that design and scale APIs/microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers delivering end-to-end software products from conception to production.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate front-end UI/UX teams with backend API teams.
• Recruiting and hiring your teams.
