Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in technology roles supporting capital markets, derivatives, or structured products.
• Hands-on experience with front-office systems (Java, Python, C#).

Responsibilities

• Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement per acceptance criteria and compliance.
• Design, develop, and modify architecture components and interfaces while preserving architecture integrity.
• Mentor engineers on CI/CD practices and automation.
• Define requirements, estimate work, and drive story delivery end-to-end.
• Lead the technology stack supporting secondary market activity for Structured Notes within Equity Derivatives.
