Andr Global Inc. in Des Moines, IA, seeks a senior Front-End Tech Lead to guide Staff MIUI screen development with Angular, SASS and HTML. You will establish architecture, coding standards, and accessibility strategies while collaborating with Java teams to integrate APIs.

This role combines hands-on development with team leadership and CI/CD enhancements. The ideal candidate has formal accessibility certification, deep front-end expertise, and proven leadership in engineering best practices.

Formación

• Formal accessibility certification (CPACC, WAS, or equivalent).
• Hands-on accessibility testing using automated tools, screen readers, and manual navigation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and front-end deployment workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with Java backend teams.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring ability, and engineering best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical lead for the front-end codebase (Angular, SASS, HTML), setting architecture and standards.
• Develop, review, and maintain high quality front-end code for Staff MIUI screens.
• Enforce the U.S. Web Design System and State Design System across the project.
• Own accessibility strategy and ensure WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508 compliance.
• Lead code/design reviews and mentor front-end developers.
• Improve and maintain front-end CI/CD processes and pipelines.
• Define the front-end technical roadmap and architectural gaps.
• Collaborate with Java backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
• Produce technical documentation and decision records.
