Skywalk Global is seeking an Angular Front-End Technical Lead with a focus on accessibility to guide development of MIUI screens and provide hands-on engineering, technical direction, and mentorship.

You will define front-end architecture, establish standards, and implement USWDS while ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA compliance through automated, screen-reader, and keyboard testing. Collaboration with backend teams and CI/CD improvements are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Senior front-end development and technical leadership experience.
• Expertise in Angular, SASS, and HTML.
• Certifications in accessibility (CPACC or WAS) preferred.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong mentoring, communication, and documentation skills.

Seeking a Front-End Technical Lead to lead development of IWD Staff MIUI screens, providing hands‑on engineering, technical direction, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review Angular, SASS, and HTML code.
• Define front-end architecture, coding standards, and reusable components.
• Implement USWDS and State Design System standards.
• Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA and applicable accessibility compliance through automated, screen reader, and keyboard testing.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with Java backend teams on API integration.
• Maintain technical documentation and secure development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Senior front-end development and technical leadership experience.
• Expert Angular, SASS, and HTML skills.
• Accessibility certification: CPACC, WAS, or equivalent.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong mentoring, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred

Government experience, USWDS implementation, and knowledge of Section 508 and Title I/Title II accessibility requirements.
