Qualifications
- 8+ years of front-end web-UI development experience.
- Extensive experience with Angular, TypeScript, and client side MV* frameworks.
- Familiarity with C#/.Net and ASP.NET.
Responsibilities
- Help build a critical part of Schwab’s growth in the Workplace market.
- Design and build scalable platforms supporting critical workplace applications under the Retirement Plan Services organization.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including UI and foundational system improvements.
- Improve platform stability, performance, and resilience.
- Modernize legacy components to address high risk remediation and compliance.
- Leverage AI to innovate processes and outcomes.
- Be part of a collaborative team and influence rather than just take orders.
