Qualifications

• Senior-level frontend engineering experience across WordPress block editor/theme work and React/Next.js.
• Portfolio or code samples showing elegant, maintainable solutions across frameworks.
• Strong command of custom CSS and Tailwind, with emphasis on UX, performance, and accessibility.
• Clear, confident communication with clients and distributed teammates.
• Self-directed ownership in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship large-scale, modular front-end products with high performance and accessibility.
• Lead through code reviews and introduce reusable component patterns.
• Translate complex designs into polished, cross-browser experiences balancing aesthetics and tech.
• Bridge creative vision and technical execution, presenting solutions to clients and collaborators.
• Apply modern engineering workflows, including AI tool usage, to improve quality and throughput.
• Contribute reusable patterns and architectural decisions beyond a single project.
