Abridge is seeking experienced Front End Engineers to join our growing team. You’ll design, build, and support React/TypeScript applications, setting accessibility and design system standards while making security-conscious technical decisions.

You will collaborate across product, design, ML, and infrastructure, mentor fellow engineers, and contribute across the stack in a fast-paced startup environment. Equity and growth opportunities accompany competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of building, shipping, and supporting web applications.
• 5+ years of experience with React.
• Experience delivering a small web app or an entire feature in a larger web app.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and potentially Electron.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support React/TypeScript applications.
• Set accessibility standards and design system usage.
• Make technology decisions aligned with security, privacy, or quality.
• Enhance existing systems to add functionality and improve performance, stability, quality, and security.
• Mentor and learn from other engineers.
• Communicate within cross-functional product delivery teams and collaborate with design, product, ML, and infra.
• Work with other disciplines and contribute to projects across the company.
