Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer (UI) to build the user experience for the NHI Governance domain within our Pathfinder products. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and accessible front-end experiences across cloud and on-premise environments.

You will work closely with design, product, and backend engineers to deliver an outstanding experience for our enterprise customers, translating requirements into polished UI and ensuring high performance

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and accessible front-end features.
• Deliver an outstanding user experience across complex, data-rich workflows and dashboards.
• Contribute to front-end architecture, component libraries, and design system alignment.
• Collaborate with design and product to translate requirements and prototypes into polished, high-quality UI.
• Partner with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs and optimize data-fetching and feedback loops.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and uphold a high-quality bar through code review.
• Champion accessibility, performance, and usability as first-class concerns.
• Mentor engineers and share front-end best practices across the team.
