Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer with deep Angular 17+ expertise to architect, build, and maintain enterprise-scale UI across web applications. You will partner with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to deliver responsive, accessible experiences and establish front-end standards.

You will design reusable components, contribute to design systems, and lead front-end initiatives in a hybrid environment across multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Angular 17+.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Experience developing large-scale SPAs and reusable component libraries.
• Experience enabling accessibility per WCAG standards and responsive design.
• Experience integrating frontend with REST APIs and backend services.
• Proven ability to work in Agile delivery teams and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using Angular and modern web technologies.
• Build reusable UI components, libraries, and frameworks for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX, architects, and application teams to translate designs into high-quality experiences.
• Establish and maintain enterprise design system components, patterns, and styling standards.
• Drive front-end architecture decisions and provide technical leadership on complex initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and promote maintainability, performance, accessibility, and security.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and shared services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD processes and automation using Azure DevOps.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, accessibility issues, and technical debt.
• Mentor and guide other front-end engineers and participate in production support.
