System One is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Scrum teams, building front-end and back-end systems. You will translate UI/UX designs, implement scalable microservices, and lead technical initiatives across architecture, security, and processes.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and collaborate with product owners to deliver secure, high-quality software across the full stack.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development with growing scope and complexity.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes; Terraform for IaC.
• Relational databases and efficient SQL development.
• HTML5/CSS3 with preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
• Designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Secure coding practices and OWASP standards; lead security reviews.
• Agile/Scrum environment experience and process improvement.
• Git and Atlassian tooling (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Mentoring engineers and fostering a strong team culture.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and maintain modern web apps using Angular and TypeScript.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive interfaces and collaborate with backend engineers.
• Write clean, testable front-end code with unit/integration tests (Jasmine, Karma).
• Design, build, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and APIs.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with relational databases via SQL.
• Lead security reviews, threat modeling, and secure coding practices.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and mentor SE1/SE2/SE3 engineers.
• Own architectural decisions, roadmaps, and cross-team standards.
