Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Senior DA Systems Engineer in Greenwood, SC to develop and maintain product line automation systems and to interpret automation projects with the design automation framework.

The role involves collaborating with COE and COD teams, deploying DA modules, and providing training and content management to ensure best practices across the team. Relocation assistance is offered, with eligibility within 50 miles of Greenwood, Fayetteville NC, and Arden NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology field.
• Three years of experience with engineered-to-order products and their configuration tools.
• Prior demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming.
• Authorized to work in the US without Company Sponsorship now and within the future

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Design Automation modules across the product line, including on-site deployments and end-user training.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap of front-end development projects to align automation with offerings.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to collect information for DA enhancements.
• Create training documentation for engineering software tools and processes.
• Prepare progress reports with estimated hours, priorities, and schedules.
• Manage content requests and address DA content issues in module deployments.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support.
• Participate in product line meetings to share best practices.
• Maintain the front-end systems turnback/enhancement database and Change Management processes.
• Support defect resolution for ServiceNow tickets
