Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Senior Design Automation (DA) Systems Engineer in Fayetteville, NC. The role develops and maintains product-line automation systems, guiding automation requests and deploying modules across the design automation stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of applicable experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products and configuration tools.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g., C#).
• Familiarity with Eaton’s ETO software tools such as Bid Manager, MI Manager, Design Automation, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Design Automation modules for the assigned product line, including onsite deployments and end-user training.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for front-end development projects aligned with offerings.
• Collaborate with product line engineers/designers to deploy enhancements to DA core modules.
• Support creation of training documentation for engineering software tools and processes.
