Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a Senior DA Systems Engineer to develop and maintain product line automation systems. The role involves guiding automation requests, creating enhancement scripts, and deploying DA modules across the product line with strong collaboration with COE and COD teams.

Relocation assistance is offered to Greenwood SC, Fayetteville NC, and Arden NC areas. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in engineering/CS/IT, 3 years of ETO-related experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or IT.
• Three (3) years of experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products and configuration tools.
• Experience with object-oriented programming.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Deploying and supporting Design Automation modules for the assigned product line, including onsite deployments and end-user training.
• Develop & maintain a roadmap of front-end development projects to align automation with offerings.
• With limited supervision, collect information to deploy enhancements to the DA core modules.
• Support development of training documentation for engineering software tools and processes.
• Prepare and present activity and progress reports including estimated hours and schedules.
• Manage content requests and address DA content issues during deployments.
• Be available for after-hours and weekend support.
• Participate in product line meetings to drive best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain Front End Systems turnback/enhancement database and Change Management processes.
• Support defect resolution for ServiceNow tickets with engineering and IT teams.
