Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company, is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead truck transportation for Georgia-Pacific’s CPG operations within the KBX Managed Freight team. You will guide freight solutions, coach supervisors, and ensure execution aligns with PBM culture and customer needs.

You will partner with procurement, carriers, and internal teams to drive cost-effective, reliable transportation, using technology and data to optimize performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people teams in complex multi-site operations.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally without direct reporting authority.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and process improvements.
• Experience in transportation operations across multiple modes and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight strategy and execution for KBX CPG operations across modes and clients.
• Develop freight solutions aligned with procurement, asset management, and carrier capabilities.
• Monitor KPIs such as rate per mile, fuel, OTIF, and digital accuracy for improvement.
• Provide clear insights into performance, trends, and opportunities for customers.
• Partner across KBX to test new ideas and lead change initiatives in freight planning and execution.
• Foster high-performance culture by developing capabilities and accountability.
• Coach and develop talent through training and performance feedback.
• Ensure staffing and resources meet changing demands through capacity reviews.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for operations and relationship management.
