Job summary

Amazon Freight Partner seeks a Sr Business Development Manager to own the end-to-end AFP partner recruitment process. You will identify, engage, and convert candidates, manage a bench across domiciles, and activate partners to meet capacity targets for network expansion.

You will lead the AFP recruitment strategy, partner with organizations, and drive offer acceptance while maintaining a warm, conversion-ready pipeline. This role requires field work and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-level acquisition strategies to recruit AFP partners based on demand and growth targets.
• Build relationships with industry organizations and community partners to create a candidate pipeline.
• Own the end-to-end candidate relationship from first engagement through offer acceptance.
