Analyzes and coordinates the ongoing logistical functions of the organization to ensure mission success.
Analyze product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes to organizational efficiency.
Lead the implementation of logistics solutions and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure resource availability throughout the distribution lifecycle.
Executes high-level synchronization of sea freight movement requests and vessel Load Plans supporting Mission Partners.
Validate the accuracy of daily maritime movement Situation Reports and vessel utilization metrics to mitigate theater logistics gaps.
Manage the daily coordination of port-of-debarkation (POD) throughput with evolving current operations requirements.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Experience in quality gate oversight and acting as the Responsible Officer for functional mission artifacts.
Proficient in using maritime transportation data systems to assess and inform sea-related logistics decision-making.
Master's degree in a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Professional logistics certification (e.g., SOLE).
Prior experience supporting theater-level maritime mobility divisions or specialized sealift cells in the Indo-Pacific
