Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Broker out freight and manage brokerage duties.
• Accept new freight deals and coordinate details.
• Negotiate rates with current carriers.
• Process insurance updates from carriers.
• Email and call carriers, drivers and customers to resolve issues.
