Schneider in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Brokerage Specialist to support the Transportation Management (STM) division on a part-time schedule. You will broker freight, accept new deals, and track shipments while building solid relationships with customers and carriers.

This role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with duties including rate negotiations, insurance updates, and responsive email/call handling to resolve issues.

Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a Senior Brokerage Specialist in Green Bay to take on support shift brokerage duties within Schneider’s Transportation Management (STM) division. The Senior Brokerage Specialist will broker, accept and track freight while solving problems and building solid relationships with Schneider’s customers.
