Job summary

Ubique Group in Canton, GA is seeking a Senior Freight Optimization Analyst to identify and quantify freight cost savings across the transportation network. You will lead process improvements and own the Wilson AI-driven freight optimization agent, collaborating with cross-functional teams and a freight payment partner on invoices.

This senior individual-contributor role emphasizes autonomy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present business cases to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in freight/transportation analytics or a related analytical role.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal day-to-day direction.
Experience with AI-driven or automated tools is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently identify and quantify freight cost-saving opportunities across the transportation network.
Lead transportation process improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation.
Own the implementation, configuration, and ongoing performance management of Wilson, Ubique's AI freight optimization agent.
Influence cross-functional partners across Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Transportation to align on savings.
Develop and present business cases and operational recommendations to leadership.
Own freight performance metrics and reporting, driving measurable savings.
Monitor and troubleshoot Wilson's outputs and refine configuration as needed.
