• 5+ years of Systems Analysis experience.
• Interviewing and extracting high quality business requirements from stakeholders using Agile scrum methodology.
• Confidence in SQL skills.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, including strong judgement, issues management and problem analysis techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
