Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the Workplace Investing Technology team in Westlake, TX, supporting the Defined Benefit platform. The role translates complex business needs into scalable solutions, improves data integrity, and supports platform performance in an iterative delivery environment.

Hybrid—onsite every other week with 5 days in Westlake, TX; w2 employment with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and Life Insurance.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years as a systems analyst with ALM and production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Defined Benefit stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and backlog items.
• Perform complex data analysis and data mining across recordkeeping systems to support insights and issue resolution.
• Partner with technical leads and architects to design, document, and maintain system flows, data models, and integration patterns.
• Support the design and documentation of API contracts and enterprise integrations aligned with standards.
• Develop an understanding of end-to-end platform architecture to perform impact analysis across interconnected systems.
• Support production issue triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution.
• Contribute to team ceremonies, iterative planning, and continuous improvement to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
• Create epics and user stories, maintain documentation, and ensure clarity for engineering teams.
