Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks a proactive professional to support internal prevention and mitigation efforts in fraud and risk management. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and help optimize systems and policies to reduce losses.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong analytical abilities, and experience in financial services fraud. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of fraud exposure are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training.
• Three years in financial services with fraud experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in a detailed, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of systems, fraud processes and risk mitigation.
• Urgency, analytical, organizational and operational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external clients.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support project-oriented fraud-related efforts and process improvements.
• Assist in LRM systems implementation testing and training.
• Use PC/mainframe systems and reporting tools to prepare data reports and visuals.
• Gather documents, analyze data, and create records highlighting trends.
• Provide input in planning and prioritization of business systems processes.
• Recommend strategies to improve rule parameters and mitigate losses.
• Assist with planning, development and testing of business recovery strategies.
