Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant/Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams in a hybrid role based in Irving, TX or Jacksonville, FL. You will leverage expertise in anti-fraud domains such as ID&V, fraud detection, investigations, or case management to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

The role requires 8–10 years in financial services with experience delivering anti-fraud programs, a solid SDLC/Agile background, and collaboration with client

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of financial services experience in credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management.
• Experience delivering technology solutions for anti-fraud programs.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile delivery, with experience partnering with business teams to elicit and document functional requirements.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with financial services clients to understand their business objectives
• Plan and facilitate workshops for assigned projects
• Work closely with engineers and testers to deliver agreed project outcomes
• Adapt to changing client needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze systems, business processes, data models, workflows, and integrations
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and UAT test cases and support
• Travel as needed based on project requirements
