• 5–8 years of financial services experience in credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management
• Experience delivering technology solutions for anti-fraud programs
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile delivery, with experience partnering with business teams to elicit and document functional requirements

Responsibilities

• Work directly with financial services clients to understand their business objectives
• Plan and facilitate workshops for assigned projects
• Work closely with engineers and testers to deliver agreed project outcomes
• Adapt to changing client needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze systems, business processes, data models, workflows, and integrations
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and UAT test cases and support
• Travel as needed based on project requirements
