Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Risk Analytics team to drive fraud prevention through advanced analytics and AI-enabled workflows. You will build models, run experiments, and develop tools that reduce reliance on static rules, while collaborating with Engineering, Payments, and CX to turn analysis into action.

You will own the technical work, calibrate models, and monitor performance, using Looker and Hex to deliver insights and dashboards, and you will explore AI-driven automation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fraud analytics or quantitative role.
• Strong Python skills with pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse knowledge.
• Experience building, training, and validating classification models.
• Ability to design experiments and run A/B tests.
• Interest in using LLMs to automate analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python-based analyses, models, and data pipelines supporting fraud decisioning and risk scoring.
• Design and run statistical experiments from hypothesis to results, incl. A/B tests.
• Develop and monitor fraud risk models and their calibration.
• Use AI tools to automate workflows and embed AI into analytics processes.
• Contribute to vendor performance analysis and routing decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker and Hex; develop SQL views.
• Monitor fraud metrics, investigate anomalies, and propose actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate analysis into action.
