Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on expertise in machine learning algorithms and model performance metrics (e.g., ROC-AUC, Precision/Recall).
• Experience leading complex deployments and managing full lifecycle of model integration within large organizations.
• Direct experience navigating compliance, governance, model validation, and approvals in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, benchmark, and test 4-5+ ML models from internal and external partners.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of fraud detection models into operational systems.
• Collaborate with governance teams for validation, documentation, and approvals.
• Drive cross-functional roadmaps aligning DS, infra, and rules engines for integration.
• Partner with fraud ops and rules teams to embed model scores into rules and payment paths.
