Responsibilities

  • Handle complex and escalated customer situations regarding potential fraudulent activity.
  • Support fraud strategy with development of new tactics and simulations.
  • Test existing customer-facing capabilities for unknown vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in triage related to Executive Escalations & Incident Response fraud activities.
  • Review and investigate reports of suspected fraud with accurate data recording.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines, complying with laws and regulations.
