Job summary

PayCargo LLC is seeking a Senior Fraud Manager to lead fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and payment risk management across its payment platform. You will guide strategies to identify suspicious activity, minimize losses, and strengthen controls while collaborating with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology.

You will build and mentor a junior fraud team, establish clear priorities, and drive practical procedures for escalation and case handling in a fast-paced payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in fraud prevention, financial crime, payment risk, or regulatory compliance with leadership.
• CFE, CAMS, or CAFP or equivalent credentials.
• Experience leading fraud prevention in fintech/payments and knowledge of AML/KYC/KYB requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fraud prevention strategies aligned with PayCargo's objectives.
• Oversee fraud risk across onboarding, transactions, and settlements; manage investigations.
• Lead and mentor junior fraud analysts; set priorities and review cases.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Tech to strengthen controls and escalation procedures.
• Monitor metrics and continuously improve detection accuracy and false positives.
