Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Senior Staff II Fraud Analytics and Knowledge Transfer Lead to support analytics operations, documentation, requirements development, and continuity planning across complex environments. You will craft technical documents, coordinate with SMEs, and prepare knowledge transfer materials to ensure smooth ramp-up and ongoing delivery.

Role requires 6+ years of fraud analytics experience, strong documentation skills, and onsite work at the client location in Lanham, Maryland.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Six (6) or more years of professional experience supporting fraud analytics programs or related engagements.
• Experience writing and reviewing technical documents and requirements artifacts.
• Experience documenting mission needs, process flows, and continuity procedures.
• Experience coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders to gather information and deliverables.
• Experience using Python, SQL, SIEM tools, and MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support fraud analytics operations, knowledge transfer, transition planning, and documentation across workstreams.
• Write and review technical documents, procedures, requirements artifacts, analyses, and deliverables.
• Apply professional practices to solve problems and support continuity across project phases.
• Develop requirements, document goals, capture gaps, and align with organizational needs.
• Coordinate with SMEs to document processes, data flows, and work products.
• Prepare materials for knowledge transfer and continuity during team transitions.
• Analyze fraud-related data to identify trends, risks, and follow-up needs.
• Coordinate status inputs, action items, and reviews across technical teams.
• Prepare briefings, reports, trackers, and transfer materials for decision-making.
