Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Staff II to lead fraud analytics and knowledge transfer efforts across complex environments in a consulting capacity. You will document procedures, develop requirements, and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure continuity during ramp-up and delivery phases.

The role requires 6+ years in fraud analytics or related consulting, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work onsite at client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of fraud analytics or related consulting experience.
• Experience writing and reviewing technical documents, procedures, requirements artifacts, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Ability to coordinate with SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders to document processes and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support fraud analytics operations, knowledge transfer, transition planning, and continuity activities across multi-disciplinary workstreams.
• Write and review technical documents, internal work products, and recurring deliverables.
• Develop requirements, document mission needs, and capture documentation gaps.
• Coordinate with SMEs and teams to document data flows, configurations, and procedures.
• Prepare briefings, reports, trackers, and knowledge transfer materials for decision-making.
